Goodwill of Mississippi is proud to celebrate the success of eight young adults who recently completed our Customer Service Training program in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Central Mississippi. This achievement not only marks their dedication to professional growth but also earns them a nationally recognized National Retail Federation Customer Service Certification, setting them on a strong path toward career success.
The graduation ceremony, held on January 30th, was a special occasion to honor the hard work and commitment of these students. Goodwill CEO Brad Steffani, Vice President of Workforce Development Charles “Bubba” Weir, and Workforce Development Trainer Diane Day, who led the program, were in attendance to celebrate this milestone. They each spoke to the graduates, offering words of encouragement and emphasizing the importance of strong customer service skills in today’s job market. One standout graduate, Malcolm Thompson, was recognized for his outstanding class participation and was recognized for his engagement and dedication.
